Please upload necessary items for the application form、2 photos（※Shot within 1 month ※Only 1 person can be seen）and click the ≪confirmation≫ button！Entry acceptance email will be sent after a complete entry。

Application by post
Please print the application form（A4 size）from the application site、fill out the necessary items with your own handwriting、and add 2 photos（※Shot within 1 month ※Only 1 person can be seen）、and send the application form to the address。
